Beautiful hotel, more 4 than 3 stars. Driver meet us at the airport very promptly. Happy and beaming staff, even delivering a cake and singing happy birthday for a member of our group. Genuinely happy (or they are very good actors. Fabulous rooftop bar, again, super attentive staff. Nice breakfast and availability of refreshing cold drinks around the hotel. We only stayed one night, so I can not comment about the location I relation to things to do in Siliguri. This is a fabulous hotel with a professional manager and staff. The rooms are big and clean with all the amenities that I require. A paper delivered under my door was much appreciated. We are booked in again.

What I liked most about my stay at Sunhill Portico was the cleanliness and hygiene of the room, which made the experience very comfortable. The spacious bath added a touch of luxury. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and courteous, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The delicious food, beautifully presented, was another highlight. The attention to detail with toiletries and room amenities made me feel truly cared for. Overall, the superb value for money and exceptional service stood out the most.

A beautiful hotel. Comfortable and very clean rooms with lovely powerful shower. The staff were exceptional. Friendly, helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were great and we ate in the bar 2 nights where the food and service were great. The attention to detail was fantastic. If you stay in Siliguri stay here!!

Property was thoroughly wonderful and it’s a very good place to stay with family as it is safe and secure. they have in-house kitchen where we can have a excellent breakfast which comes with masala dosai, vadai, many variety of Italian cuisine and paratha, poori and lot of fruits and juices.
